Do my clients need to create accounts?
No. Booking is a form, not an account. Returning clients are recognized by their email or phone so forms only get asked once.
Can I use my own Stripe for deposits?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account and deposits go straight to you. We never touch your deposit money, and card details never touch our servers.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is locked in. You can export your data from the admin panel whenever you want. There is no self-serve deletion yet, so if you ever want your account closed, email [email protected].
Can I move my existing bookings over?
Yes. The admin panel lets you add past and upcoming appointments by hand, so you can bring your whole book with you in an afternoon.
