What does free actually mean?
Free means free. You verify your email and your site opens right away, no card, no time limit. You can keep using the free plan as long as you like. Premium adds text messages, deposits, advanced forms, the waitlist, booking requirements, and custom notifications, and its first 90 days are a free trial.
Do my clients need to create accounts?
No. Booking is a form, not an account. Returning clients are recognized by their email or phone so forms only get asked once.
Can I use my own Stripe for deposits?
Yes, on the premium plan. You connect your own Stripe account and deposits go straight to you. We never touch your deposit money, and card details never touch our servers.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is locked in. You can export your data from the admin panel whenever you want. There is no self-serve deletion yet, so if you ever want your account closed, email [email protected].
Can I move my existing bookings over?
Yes. The admin panel lets you add past and upcoming appointments by hand, so you can bring your whole book with you in an afternoon.
What if my hours change every week?
